TechUtils

Data Deletion & Privacy Requests

TechUtils does not require an account or operate a first-party cloud account system.
Most TechUtils feature data is stored locally on your Android device. Void Cat LLC does not maintain a server profile containing your battery history, Wi-Fi scans, diagnostics, voice notes, media scan data, or app settings.

Delete Data Stored on Your Device

Clearing TechUtils storage permanently removes the app's locally stored preferences, histories, caches, saved tool results, and other app-private data from your device.

1

Clear TechUtils App Storage

On most Android devices:

Settings → Apps → TechUtils → Storage & cache → Clear storage

Some Android devices may label this option Clear data instead. Menu names can vary by device manufacturer and Android version.

2

Uninstall the App

You can also uninstall TechUtils. Uninstalling normally removes the app's internal local storage from your device.

Any files, reports, voice notes, transcripts, or other content that you intentionally exported, saved to shared storage, or shared with another app may remain outside TechUtils and must be deleted separately from the location where you saved or shared them.

3

Manage Android Backups

Android or Google device-backup settings may preserve some app data according to your device configuration. Manage or delete device backups through your Android or Google account backup settings if applicable.

Clearing storage cannot be undone.
It may remove battery history, Wi-Fi heatmaps, speed-test history, traceroute and diagnostic history, duplicate-scan caches, voice transcription history, preferences, and other locally stored TechUtils information.

Advertising Data: Unity LevelPlay & Unity Ads

Current versions of TechUtils use Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads to provide advertising. Unity and any advertising network active through LevelPlay may process advertising-related information independently of Void Cat LLC.

Void Cat LLC cannot directly access, retrieve, or delete advertising data independently maintained by Unity or another ad provider.

4

Reset or Delete Your Android Advertising ID

Android settings may let you reset or delete your Advertising ID. This can limit future use of the previous identifier for advertising, but it does not itself delete data already held by an advertising provider.

Settings → Privacy → Ads

Depending on your Android version, look for Delete advertising ID, Reset advertising ID, or a similar privacy option.

Request Deletion From Unity

To request deletion, access, correction, or another privacy action for data processed by Unity, contact Unity directly.

Email Unity Privacy Team

In your request, identify the app as TechUtils by Void Cat LLC and state that your request concerns data processed through Unity LevelPlay or Unity Ads.

Do not include payment-card information, government identification, private photos, or other sensitive documents in an email request.

Need Help From Void Cat LLC?

Because TechUtils does not create user accounts or keep first-party cloud copies of your tool data, clearing the app's storage is normally the complete deletion method for data held by TechUtils itself.
