BALLIN Game by Void Cat LLC Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the BALLIN Game mobile application (the "App"), developed by VoidCat LLC. It explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Data We Collect

1a. Leaderboard (optional)

If you choose to submit a score to the global leaderboard, the following data is sent to our server. server backend information not provided for security purposes.:

• Nickname – the name you enter voluntarily before submitting.
• Score and multiplier – your in-game result.
• Anonymous install ID – a randomly generated identifier stored locally on your device. It is not linked to your identity and is used only to prevent duplicate leaderboard entries.

Leaderboard submission is entirely optional. If you do not submit a score, none of the above data leaves your device.

1b. Advertising (AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect:

• Android Advertising ID (GAID) for ad targeting and frequency capping.
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size).
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks).
• Approximate location derived from IP address.
• Crash and diagnostic data for SDK stability.

This data is collected and processed by Google. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles this data.

You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device settings:
Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone data, financial information, or health data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only as described above:

• Leaderboard data is stored on our own server strictly for game function and is not sold or shared with third parties.
• AdMob data is shared with Google for advertising purposes as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

Leaderboard entries are retained indefinitely to maintain the public leaderboard. Local game data (scores, inventory, settings) is stored only on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the App.

5. Security

All data transmitted by the App is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
