BALLIN

Data Deletion & Privacy Requests

BALLIN does not use player accounts or cloud saves.
Your game progress, settings, and local game data are stored on your device. Void Cat LLC does not store your local game progress on its servers.

Delete Local Game Data

Clearing BALLIN's app storage permanently removes locally stored game progress, settings, local scores, and the local anonymous install ID used by the optional leaderboard.

1

Clear BALLIN Storage

On most Android devices:

Settings → Apps → BALLIN → Storage & cache → Clear storage

Some devices call this option Clear data. Menu names can differ by Android version and device manufacturer.

2

Uninstall the App

You may also uninstall BALLIN. Uninstalling normally removes the App's internal local storage from your device.

Clearing storage cannot be undone.
This may permanently remove local game progress, preferences, scores, and your local anonymous install ID.

Delete an Optional Leaderboard Entry

BALLIN's global leaderboard is optional. If you submitted a score, your nickname, score, multiplier, and an anonymous install identifier may be stored on the leaderboard server. Nicknames, scores, and multipliers may be publicly displayed in the leaderboard.

3

Request Leaderboard Entry Removal

To request deletion of a leaderboard entry, email Void Cat LLC with enough information for us to identify it.

Email privacy@voidcat.dev

Please include, when available:

  • The nickname shown on the leaderboard.
  • The approximate score and multiplier.
  • The approximate date you submitted the score.
  • A screenshot of the leaderboard entry, if available.

Do not include passwords, payment information, government ID, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your request.

Clearing or uninstalling the App deletes local data on your device, but it does not automatically remove a leaderboard entry that was previously submitted to the server.

Advertising Data: Unity LevelPlay & Unity Ads

Current versions of BALLIN use Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads to display advertisements. Unity may process advertising-related information independently of Void Cat LLC.

4

Manage Your Android Advertising ID

Android may provide a setting to reset or delete your Advertising ID. This can limit future use of the previous identifier for advertising, but it does not itself delete data already held by an advertising provider.

Settings → Privacy → Ads

Depending on your device, look for Delete advertising ID, Reset advertising ID, or a similarly named option.

5

Request Deletion From Unity

To request deletion, access, correction, or another privacy action regarding data processed by Unity, contact Unity directly.

Email Unity Privacy Team

Identify the app as BALLIN by Void Cat LLC and state that your request concerns data processed through Unity LevelPlay or Unity Ads.
